The first Professional Fighters League (PFL) event of 2019 is underway at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum in Long Island, New York.

The fight card is packed with ten exciting bouts for the promotion’s debut on ESPN. Headlining the card is a female lightweight bout that will see Kayla Harrison battle with Larissa Pacheco. Magomed Magomedkerimov will face John Howard in the co-main event and Ray Cooper III returns to fight Zane Kamaka before then.

PFL 2019: Week 1 Highlights

Magomed Magomedkerimov picks up a first-round submission win via guillotine choke.

Ray Cooper III gets it done against Zane Kamaka, finishing him in the second round with a rear-naked choke.

Sarah Kaufman submitted Morgan Frier in the first round.

Sadibou Sy crushed David Michaud with a body kick and got the stoppage after only 17 seconds.

Glaico Franca submitted Gamzat Khiramagomedov in the first round with a rear-naked choke.

Chris Curtis’ boxing was on point tonight. He finished Andre Fialho in the third round.
