Pena vs. Nunes II: Who else is on the UFC 277 fight card?

    Julianna Pena vs Amanda Nunes

The UFC is back with another pay-per-view event this weekend as the promotion heads to the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas, for UFC 277.

The UFC 277 fight card takes place on Saturday, July 30, and will be headlined by a highly-anticipated rematch between Julianna Pena and Amanda Nunes. UFC 277 is a PPV event, and that means the only way to watch every fight live is by ordering the event on the ESPN+ website.

Pena stunned fans in December when she defeated the long-reigning women’s bantamweight champion, stopping her by second-round submission despite entering the fight as a massive +700 underdog. Nunes was basically regarded as unstoppable after an impressive 12-fight win streak that had lasted since 2015.

Now, Nunes, who is still the featherweight champion, gets an immediate rematch with Pena and an opportunity to reclaim the bantamweight title this weekend during the UFC 277 fight card.

In the co-main event, the two top-ranked flyweight fighters will square off. Former champion Brandon Moreno makes his return to face #2 ranked Kai Kara-France in a fight that will likely determine who emerges as the next title contender.

Moreno looked superb when he defeated champion Deiveson Figueiredo at UFC 263 in June last year but would then lose the title to Figueiredo in a rematch at UFC 270 in January. Kara-France has managed an outstanding run of his own, defeating Askar Askarov, Cody Garbrandt, and Rogerio Bontorin in his last three fights.

Read on for the full UFC 277 fight card details, fight date, start time, price, and more.
