The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission released medical suspensions for fighters who competed at UFC 330 on Saturday at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia. The list includes three indefinite suspensions and multiple lengthy terms for various injuries.
Islam Makhachev, who won the main event by unanimous decision over Ian Machado Garry, received a 30-day suspension for a rib contusion. Garry did not receive any medical suspension following the fight.
Co-main event fighters Mackenzie Dern and Gillian Robertson both avoided suspensions. The main event winner was the highest-profile name to receive a term from the commission.
Three Fighters Face Indefinite Suspensions
Tresean Gore received an indefinite suspension after losing at least one tooth during his fight with Vicente Luque. The commission requires Gore to be cleared by an oral and maxillofacial physician before he can compete again.
Luque, who delivered the flying knee that caused Gore’s dental injury, received a 30-day suspension. The veteran fighter landed the strike during their matchup on the undercard.

Eduardo Chapolin also faces an indefinite suspension until an orthopedist clears his right elbow. Chapolin suffered a finish loss at the event.
Ramiz Brahimaj rounds out the indefinite suspensions with a requirement to be cleared by a neurologist. He must serve a minimum 30-day suspension in addition to receiving medical clearance.
Additional Fighter Suspensions and Clearances
Rafael Tobias received the longest definite suspension at 180 days or until a physician clears injuries to his right hand and left leg. He must serve at least 30 days regardless of medical clearance.
Kaue Fernandes, Edson Barboza, and Eric McConico all received 60-day suspensions. Dustin Stoltzfus received 30 days for a cut near his left eye.
Chidi Njokuani also got 30 days for a cut near his left eye. Mansur Abdul-Malik received a 30-day term as well.
Donte Johnson, Jermiah Wells, Myktybek Orolbai, Lucas Fernando, Neil Magny, and Joel Alvarez avoided suspensions. Charles Johnson and Esteban Ribovics also received no medical terms.
Jalin Turner, who competed on the main card, did not receive a suspension. Several prelim fighters also left without medical restrictions.
Fighters can return sooner than their assigned suspension period in most cases. They must be cleared by the appropriate medical professional to resume competition before the suspension expires.
The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission oversees combat sports regulations in the state. The commission released the full suspension list on Thursday, five days after the event took place in Philadelphia.
