The Professional Fighters League returns to Dubai on February 7 for a championship triple-header at Coca-Cola Arena. Undefeated lightweight champion Usman Nurmagomedov will defend his PFL world title against Alfie Davis in the main event.

Both fighters enter the bout with perfect professional records. Nurmagomedov has dominated opponents with his grappling-heavy style, carrying on the legacy of his famous cousin Khabib.

Davis earned his title shot by winning the 2025 PFL Lightweight Tournament. The English striker brings a freestyle kickboxing background and aims to upset the Dagestani champion.

Team Khabib Presence Dominates Fight Card

The event showcases multiple fighters from Team Khabib’s stable. Khabib Nurmagomedov, who coaches the team, has strong words for critics of their fighting style.

“If people like, they like. If they hate, they hate,” Khabib told media at a pre-fight press conference. “But the numbers talk. Belts talk. And ranking.”

Khabib pointed to his team’s success across promotions. Islam Makhachev holds the UFC lightweight title, while Usman controls the PFL division.

“We’re here to take everything,” Khabib said. He dismissed concerns about anti-Russian bias and criticism of wrestling-heavy fighting styles.

The card features several other Team Khabib fighters Khabib considers future champions. Undefeated lightweight Amru Magomedov makes his PFL debut against Kolton Englund with a 9-0 record.

“I don’t think somebody in the world can beat these guys,” Khabib said of Magomedov and bantamweight Renat Khavalov. “Maybe one, two, or three times can give them hard time.”

Khabib also mentioned his cousin Khabib Nabiev as part of the team’s rising talent. He described his coaching role as essential despite not always enjoying it.

“They are like my young brothers,” he explained. “I have to be here and I have to support them, I have to give them good advice to stay focused, train right, and be the champion.”

High Ticket Demand for MENA Region Championship Event

Tickets for the event are selling quickly through the Coca-Cola Arena box office. Prices range from AED 165 for general admission to over AED 50,000 for private VIP tables.

Ringside floor seats start at AED 1,095, with front row spots priced at AED 7,695. Lower tier seats range from AED 395 to AED 595.

The event marks the third installment of PFL’s Road to Dubai series. It represents the first time PFL has brought a championship triple-header to the Middle East and North Africa region.

The co-main event features another title fight with perfect records on the line. Dagestani fighters Ramazan Kuramagomedov and Shamil Musaev will compete for the inaugural PFL Welterweight World Championship.

The event allows entry for children over 12 months with a valid ticket. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 18.

VIP hospitality areas including pods and the Elevate Deck are restricted to guests 21 years and older. StubHub offers secondary market tickets for fans who miss the primary sale through Coca-Cola Arena.
