    Nemkov Moves Up Weight Class

Nemkov made the permanent move to heavyweight last year after a successful run as Bellator light heavyweight champion. The Russian fighter has maintained his winning form in the heavier division with two straight finishes.

He submitted Bruno Cappelozza with an arm-triangle choke at PFL vs Bellator in February 2024. Nemkov then finished Tim Johnson in under four minutes at PFL Champions Series 1 earlier this year. His record stands at 19-2 with one no contest.

Ferreira returns to the PFL SmartCage for the first time since October 2024. He lost to Francis Ngannou by TKO in that bout after a strong winning streak. Before facing Ngannou, Ferreira was unbeaten in five straight fights.

The Brazilian won the 2023 PFL championship by defeating Denis Goltsov. His overall record is 13-4 going into the Lyon fight. Ferreira has not competed in MMA since the Ngannou loss.

    Cyborg Seeks Another Title

Cyborg will fight for the PFL featherweight championship against Sara Collins. The bout represents one of Cyborg’s final MMA appearances according to reports. She has competed in boxing three times in 2025, winning all three fights by knockout.

Her last MMA fight took place in October 2024 before shifting focus to boxing. Cyborg holds a 28-2 record with one no contest in her MMA career. She is considered one of the greatest Bellator fighters of all time.

Collins enters the title fight with a perfect 6-0 record. She earned the championship opportunity after six consecutive victories to start her career. Her most recent win came in September 2024 when she submitted Leah McCourt in the first round.
