RISE 136 Results 1

Earlier this week, Japanese-based kickboxing promotion RISE returned to Tokyo, Japan and brought with them a fun RISE 136 card emanating from Korakuen Hall.

In the main event, a bantamweight title fight, as Masahiko Suzuki was gunning for his first title defense against the always exciting and flashy Rasta – a former Big Bang champion. The co-main event saw Road to RIZIN KICK tournament winner Kento Haraguchi face Hideki Sasaki for the now vacant RISE lightweight title. Also, the winner of this bout gets an automatic entry into the upcoming RISE World Series 2020 -63kg Tournament.

RISE 136 also housed a one-night grand-prix to determine another participant in the upcoming -63kg tournament. Check out the full results from the card below.
