Chan Sung Jung defeats Frankie Edgar at UFC Busan

The highly-anticipated featherweight matchup between the Korean Zombie and Brian Ortega is just a few days away as UFC Fight Island 6 takes place Saturday night.

For Korean Zombie, this is a chance at guaranteeing his claim of getting the next featherweight title shot. For Ortega, it’s a chance to bounce back in a big way following his long absence after his defeat to Max Holloway in December 2018.

So who do oddsmakers see coming away with the victory this weekend?

As of now, Korean Zombie is the favorite with odds ranging from -180 to -200 according to various oddsmakers. Ortega, on the other hand, is an underdog ranging from +145 to +170.

That means you would have to bet $180 to win $100 on Korean Zombie while a $100 stake on Ortega would earn you a profit of $170.

Interestingly enough, when this fight was originally scheduled for December 2019, Ortega opened as a betting favorite despite suffering a brutal TKO loss to Holloway a year earlier.

With Korean Zombie having since finished Frankie Edgar, along with Ortega’s continued absence from the Octagon, it’s no surprise to see the former being the favorite.

Here are the opening odds for the pair’s last five fights:
