Chan Sung Jung hits the scales ahead of UFC Greenville

UFC Busan on December 21 marks the promotion’s return to South Korea as former featherweight title challengers Brian Ortega and Korean Zombie meet in the headliner.

Ortega is coming off a lopsided TKO loss to Max Holloway in their title fight last December. It was his first professional defeat and his return to action will be nearly a year removed from that setback.

As for Zombie, he got back to winning ways with an impressive first-round knockout of Renato Moicano at UFC Greenville in the summer.

Who will emerge victorious in this battle of exciting finishers? As of now, the oddsmakers have Ortega locked in as a slight favorite.

Here are the opening odds:

  • Brian Ortega: -135
  • Korean Zombie: +105

That means you would need to bet $135 to win $100 on Ortega or $100 to win $105 by betting on Korean Zombie.

These odds shouldn’t come as that much of a surprise considering this is a very even matchup. But as fight week nears, it will be interesting to see how the lines shift.
