Conor McGregor speaks during a press conference for UFC 229 at Park Theater at Park MGM on October 04, 2018 in Las Vegas, Nevada

As Conor McGregor’s return edges near, the betting lines continue to move in his favor.

The Irishman returns to action this Saturday when he meets Donald Cerrone in a welterweight contest at UFC 246. The PPV event is available only on ESPN+ in the United States.

When the matchup was announced, McGregor opened as a -160 favorite while “Cowboy” was a +130 underdog.

However, the odds are very different now. With less than a week to go for the event, has McGregor listed as a -320 favorite. Cerrone, meanwhile, is now an even bigger underdog at +260.

That means you would have to bet $320 to win $100 on McGregor, while a $100 stake on Cerrone would win you $260.

It appears more and more money is coming in on McGregor who will be making his first foray into the Octagon since October 2018 when he was submitted by Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Cerrone, on the other hand, last competed in September in a TKO loss to Justin Gaethje. He previously lost to Tony Ferguson as well, putting him on a two-fight losing streak.

Despite those setbacks, putting some action on Cerrone would certainly be worth a punt given the latest odds.

Here are the opening odds for the pair’s last five fights:
