Former two-division UFC champion Henry Cejudo made his Misfits Boxing debut Saturday night in Miami, defeating Wanna Walton by split decision. The judges scored the bout 39-37, 37-39, and 39-37 in favor of Cejudo.
The fight took place at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, Florida. Cejudo entered the ring less than 10 months after retiring from the UFC following a unanimous decision loss to Payton Talbott at UFC 323 in December.
Walton, a 20-year-old boxer, stepped in as a short-notice replacement for Deen the Great. The young fighter brought a 3-0-1 boxing record into the bout, with his most recent win coming by decision a year ago at an MVP Prospects Series event.

Ferguson Defends Title with Quick Stoppage
In the co-main event, former interim UFC lightweight champion Tony Ferguson successfully defended his Misfits middleweight title. Ferguson stopped Mahmood Sebie by TKO at 42 seconds of the second round.
