“Every single thought I have at this point is how to take Jean Silva out in the most spectacular of ways and I love it, man,” Delgado told Sherdog. “I see it so damn clearly.”

Delgado explained that his mental preparation has reached a new level. He said the finish now plays out in his mind automatically without needing to close his eyes.

“I used to have to close my eyes to be able to see these things,” Delgado said. “I’m telling you; I can keep them open and see it right now.”
The fighter previously stated that the abbreviated training camp helped his mental state. He avoided the mental fatigue that comes with a full camp spent analyzing one opponent.
