The Trump Organization announced a new line of commemorative coins on Saturday in partnership with the Ultimate Fighting Championship. The coins mark America’s 250th birthday and a planned UFC fight at the White House.
The Trump Organization, run by President Donald Trump’s sons Donald Jr. and Eric, is working with UFC CEO Dana White on the project. White is a close friend of the president.
“History enters the Octagon,” RealTrumpCoins posted on X on Saturday. The announcement said the coins commemorate “the first championship fight ever hosted at the White House during the Freedom 250 celebration.”
The Real Trump Coins website features large portraits of both Trump and White. It states that the coins are “99.9 percent fine gold and silver” that were “minted in America” and “designed by President Trump.”

Four Coins Ranging From $249 to $11,999
The collection includes four coins—two silver and two gold. All coins show an image of Trump on one side and the number “250” on the other.
Prices range from $249 for the least expensive coin to $11,999 for the most expensive one. The website describes the collection as bringing together “patriotism, combat sports history, and premium collectible craftsmanship.”
This is not Trump’s first merchandise venture. The president has previously sold products including an $11,500 guitar, a $1,000 Bible, and $299 sneakers.
Previous Trump Products Had Quality Issues
Several of Trump’s past product releases have had problems. Customer Melanie Petit purchased a Trump watch for $640 last month and discovered a major error when it arrived.
“The ‘T’ is missing. It just says ‘R-U-M-P.’ It says Rump,” Petit told NBC 6. Her husband Tim Petit said “an apology would be nice for making my wife cry.”
The Trump-branded T1 phones also faced issues. The $499 phones took a long time to ship, and customers noticed the American flag on the back had only 11 stripes instead of the correct 13.
The phones received poor reviews overall. Buyers complained the screen was smaller than expected, and the phones were not made in America despite packaging that said they were “designed with American values in mind.”
Patrick Holland, managing editor at tech site CNET, reviewed the gold version. “Sometimes it looks like those gold coins that Scrooge McDuck would jump into for DuckTales,” Holland told CNN. “Other times, it’s got a mustard vibe to it, and yet other times, it kind of looks like a urine sample.”
The new UFC-themed coins are available for purchase through the RealTrumpCoins.com website. The company is marketing them as a “limited collection” for America’s 250th anniversary.
