The UFC Featherweight Championship is on the line this Saturday night when The Korean Zombie challenges Alexander Volkanovski in the UFC 273 main event.
UFC 273 is a pay-per-view event and that means all fans in the United States are required to order the special event via the official ESPN+ website to watch every fight live.
Chan Sung Jung, “The Korean Zombie,” will enter as a significant betting underdog on Saturday night but will like to end Volkanovski’s time at the top of the featherweight division. Volkanovski claimed the title from Max Holloway in 2019 and has since defended it twice to now be regarded as one of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the promotion.
Before Volkanovski faces Jung, a UFC Bantamweight Championship rematch will take place in the co-main event. Aljamain Sterling will defend the title against Petr Yan in a rematch of their clash in 2021. Yan lost the fight due to disqualification after striking Sterling with an illegal knee, allowing Sterling to claim the title that night at UFC 259.
Khamzat Chimaev also makes his highly-anticipated return to the Octagon when he faces Gilbert Burns in a UFC 273 main card bout.
The main event bout between Volkanovski and The Korean Zombie is expected to start after midnight ET.
