The fight took place almost 35 years after their fathers, Nigel Benn and Chris Eubank Sr., first stepped into the ring together. Their fathers’ rivalry defined British boxing in the 1990s with a controversial draw in their 1993 rematch.
Benn entered the fight looking to avenge his loss to Eubank Jr from their first meeting in April. That fight saw Eubank Jr win by points decision after Benn struggled with the size difference.

Benn Takes Control
Benn targeted Eubank Jr’s body with hooks throughout the middle rounds. He landed a sharp left that caught Eubank Jr’s chin cleanly.
The smaller fighter worked his way upstairs with successful one-two combinations. Benn launched attacks from the center of the ring with growing confidence.
