A UFC middleweight matchup between Paulo Costa and Jared Cannonier has been announced as the headline fight for the August 21 UFC event at an undisclosed location.
It’s a fight between two top middleweight contenders despite the pair coming off losses. Costa was defeated by champion Israel Adesanya in his last fight. Cannonier lost to former champion Robert Whittaker in his most recent outing.
