Derek Brunson scored an impressive unanimous decision victory against Kevin Holland last Saturday at UFC Vegas 22 and has since been rewarded with #4 next to his name on the official UFC middleweight rankings.
But is this ranking too high?
Brunson defeated Holland (#10) and has shot above Darren Till, Marvin Vettori, and Jack Hermansson. Brunson is now only behind Jared Cannonier, Paulo Costa, and Robert Whittaker.
Official UFC middleweight rankings

In this video, Patrick Auger, Matthew Wells, and Drake Riggs share their opinions on whether Derek Brunson is ranked fairly in the middleweight division or this ranking too much too soon for a guy who just defeated the #10 ranked middleweight?
