Mike Perry starts auction for fans to be in his corner for next UFC fight

Mike Perry has started an auction that would enable the winner to be in his corner for his next UFC fight against Robbie Lawler at UFC 255 on November 21.

The UFC fighter tweeted: “Whoever gives me the most money can be in my corner with @latory_g”

In this video, Patrick Auger, Drake Riggs, and Matthew Wells discuss Perry’s incredibly creative decision.

Auger starts by complimenting it as a “savvy business move,” citing that fighters can’t have sponsors outside of Reebok.

By allowing another sponsor in his corner, he’d be able to grab an extra $10,000, at the very least, it seems.

Wells agrees but says that for a guy who is at the highest level of the sport right now, he doesn’t seem to be taking things too seriously.

Riggs says that it’s “hard to tell” if this is something that will actually happen.

What do you think? Would you be interested in being in Mike Perry’s corner? And if so, how much would you be willing to pay? Make sure to hit the like and subscribe buttons!
