Three titles are on the line this Saturday at UFC 259.
In the main event, Israel Adesanya makes his move up to the light heavyweight division to face champion Jan Blachowicz. Adesanya, the middleweight champion, gets his chance to become a two-division champion in the UFC.
Amanda Nunes will defend the UFC Featherweight Championship against Megan Anderson in the UFC 259 co-main event. Before then, Aljamain Sterling will challenge Petr Yan for the UFC Bantamweight Championship.
These three title fights are part of the five-fight UFC 259 PPV main card. That means fight fans are required to purchase the fight card on ESPN+ to watch all of the fights live.
UFC 259 date and start time
UFC 259 takes place this Saturday, March 6, at the UFC Apex facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Because the fight card is happening in the United States, that means fight fans can enjoy the event at the standard UFC PPV start time.
The UFC 259 prelims will commence at 5:15 pm (ET) and feature a total of ten fights before the main card gets underway at 10:00 pm (ET). The UFC 259 main card includes three title fights and two other exciting bouts to open up the PPV section of the event.
The main event bout featuring Jan Blachowicz vs. Israel Adesanya is expected to start just after midnight.
