Charles Oliveira and Islam Makhachev will compete for the vacant UFC Lightweight Championship in today’s main event. Former champion Oliveira will enter as a slight underdog against Makhachev, and both fighters will enter today’s main event on incredible win streaks.

In the co-main event, bantamweight champion Aljamain Sterling will defend his title against former two-time champion TJ Dillashaw. Sterling’s favored to defend his title in the five-round co-main event.

The fight card also features exciting bouts, including Petr Yan vs. Sean O’Malley,  Beneil Dariush vs. Mateusz Gamrot, and a collection of other three-round bouts on both the main card and preliminary card.

Because UFC 280 is hosted in Abu Dhabi, the event will air at a special time in the United States.
